1. Purpose of the support
Dream come true is a civic association supporting the sporting activities and development of young motorcycle racer Šimon Urbančok. Funds received through DCT Racers are intended to support sporting activities and related costs, including training, racing, technical support, travel, sports equipment and other activities connected with sporting development.
2. Nature of the payment
A payment made through the Support section is a voluntary financial donation. The donor receives no goods, services or other consideration in return. It is not a purchase of goods or services or payment for an order. The donor chooses the amount before making the payment.
3. Payment methods
Donations can be made by bank transfer directly to the account of the Dream come true civic association, IBAN SK66 0900 0000 0052 5199 8146.
PAYME is an external payment link operated by the Slovak Banking Association. PAYME and the PAY by square QR code help transfer payment details to the payer’s bank. The payer checks the recipient, IBAN, amount and payment reference and authorises the transfer in their bank. Opening a PAYME link or displaying a QR code does not execute a payment or confirm receipt of a donation.
There is currently no active card payment gateway on the website, and card payments are not available. Dream come true does not request or store donors’ payment card details through this website.
4. Payment confirmation and records
After making a bank transfer, the donor may receive confirmation from their bank. Questions concerning a particular payment may be sent to info@dctracers.com.
5. Payment refunds
If a payment was made by mistake, for an incorrect amount or without authorisation of the legitimate holder of the payment instrument, the donor may contact Dream come true without undue delay at info@dctracers.com. Each request will be assessed individually according to the circumstances and applicable legal and payment rules. This does not affect rights available under applicable law or the rules of the payer’s bank or payment service provider.
6. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to administer donations, communicate with donors, comply with legal obligations and protect the legitimate interests of Dream come true. Payment information processed by a bank or payment service provider is subject to that provider’s rules.
The Privacy Policy provides details of purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and your rights. We do not use donor information for marketing or newsletters.
